Richard brings more than 30 years of multidisciplinary leadership experience across law enforcement, IT systems, logistics, auditing, and operational management. His career includes senior command responsibility within law enforcement, where he led teams, managed multimillion‑dollar budgets, strengthened accountability systems, and implemented structural improvements that enhanced performance and reporting accuracy.
Following his law enforcement career, Richard transitioned into technical and operational leadership roles across IT engineering, production systems, logistics, inventory control, and compliance. His work includes delivering secure IT infrastructure for defence‑related environments, improving production accuracy through IT‑integrated workflows, strengthening inventory controls using SAP systems, and optimising logistics and returns processes in high‑volume operations.

She has extensive experience in staff development, workflow oversight, compliance, stock control, and maintaining safe, efficient store environments.
